Bonus Terms Explained in Plain English
Confused by casino bonus jargon? You're not alone. Here's a plain-language guide to the most common terms you'll see at phmob and any other online casino in the Philippines.

Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you need to bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings from it. A 15× rollover on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must place ₱15,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to real cash.
Example: You deposit ₱1,000 and receive a ₱1,000 bonus. With 15× wagering, you need to bet ₱15,000 (not ₱30,000 – rollover is on the bonus amount only at phmob).
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While you have active bonus funds, there's a cap on how much you can bet per round – typically ₱250 to ₱500 per spin or hand. Placing larger bets than allowed while bonus is active can void your bonus and any associated winnings.
Example: Your max bet cap is ₱500. Placing a ₱1,000 bet on slots while bonus funds are active may result in bonus forfeiture.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games count equally toward your rollover. Slots typically count 100% – every ₱100 bet = ₱100 of rollover progress. Table games like baccarat or roulette usually count only 10–20%, so they're slower to clear the wagering requirement.
Example: Betting ₱1,000 on live baccarat at 10% contribution = only ₱100 counted toward your rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry
Bonuses come with a time limit. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the day you claim. If the rollover isn't completed before expiry, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are removed from your account.
Example: phmob's welcome bonus expires 30 days after deposit. If Day 31 arrives and rollover is incomplete, the bonus balance is forfeited.
Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as a permanent credit you can keep playing with, but you can never withdraw the bonus amount itself – only the winnings it generates. A non-sticky bonus can eventually become real cashable funds once wagering is complete.
Example: A ₱500 sticky bonus means the ₱500 can never be withdrawn, but if you turn it into ₱3,000 through play, the ₱2,500 profit can be cashed out (subject to rollover).
Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Even after completing wagering, there's typically a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus winnings. This protects the casino from extreme scenarios. Common caps range from ₱5,000 to ₱50,000 depending on the promotion.
Example: phmob's welcome bonus has a ₱50,000 max cashout. If your bonus-derived winnings total ₱80,000, you can only withdraw up to ₱50,000 from that bonus play.
Minimum Deposit to Activate Bonus
Most bonuses require a minimum deposit to trigger. At phmob, the welcome bonus requires a minimum first deposit of ₱500. Depositing less will not activate the bonus – it won't be applied retroactively either.
Example: Depositing ₱400 will not trigger the welcome bonus. Deposit at least ₱500 to receive your 100% match up to ₱10,000.
